- Adat Licence – Two photographs of the applicant, proof of the applicant’s place of business address, proof of residence, documents proving the registration of the firm, bank guarantee / creditor certificate / evidence / document regarding cash pledge, promissory note on a bond paper of Rs. 500/-, a letter of agreement duly stamped as specified in the appendix on a bond paper of Rs. 500/-, two certificates of good conduct (Gazetted Authority / MLA / B.S. Member)
- Helper Licence – Application, copy of Aadhar card, a letter of agreement duly stamped as specified in the appendix on a bond paper of Rs. 500/-, recommendation letter from the firm, two certificates of good conduct (Gazetted Authority / MLA / B.S. Member)
- Mapari License - Two photographs of the applicant, proof of residence, certificate of physical fitness, two certificates of good conduct (Gazetted authority / MLA / B.S. member), a letter of agreement stamped as required on a bond paper of Rs. 500/- as specified in the appendix.
- Hamal License - Two photographs of the applicant, proof of residence, certificate of physical fitness, two certificates of good conduct (Gazetted authority / MLA / B.S. member), a letter of agreement stamped as required on a bond paper of Rs. 500/- as specified in the appendix.
